1990	The shop and office building was constructed
1999	Pat Rose was awarded the Professional Woman of the Year Award
1999	Employees were trained in Corian installation
1999	Rose Construction, Inc. was a finalist in the Business Pulse Magazine Whatcom County Small Business of the Year Award
2000	Our fleet of trucks was purchased
